How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unwashed condition with tags attached. Sale items are not eligible for returns.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in My Account → Orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping anywhere in India.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please contact support immediately if you need to make changes.
Are the products handloom certified?
Most of our dhotis and angavastrams are sourced from GI-tagged weaving clusters and are handloom-certified. Product pages indicate the weave type and origin.
How do I care for cotton dhotis and angavastrams?
Machine wash on gentle cycle with cold water or hand wash in mild detergent. Avoid bleach. Dry in shade and iron on medium heat.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes — we have a showroom at 42, Kutchery Road, Mylapore, Chennai. Open Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM.
How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your coupon code in the coupon field at checkout. The discount will be applied automatically if the code is valid.
