Shipping Policy

Delivery Timelines

• Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Delivery: Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote areas: Delivery to remote pin codes may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order from the My Orders page or use our Order Tracking page.

Serviceability

We deliver across India. Enter your PIN code during checkout to verify serviceability and estimated delivery time for your location.

Returns Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customised or personalised products.
• Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.
• Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Go to My Orders and click "Return" on the eligible order.
2. Select the reason for return and provide any relevant details.
3. Our team will review and approve the request within 24–48 hours.
4. Once approved, schedule a pickup or ship the item back to our warehouse.

Refund Process

• Online payments: Refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Cash on Delivery: Refund is credited to your bank account (NEFT/UPI) within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• To cancel, visit My Orders and click "Cancel" on the order.
• Full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days for online payments.
• COD orders that are cancelled before dispatch require no refund processing.
